Overview
An online software tutorial series was a
key component to a proposal for one of Europe's largest financial
institutions. With over 1,900 branches in the UK, this customer now
represents the largest win for GMT Corporation to date in terms of
revenue and sites.
Responsibilities
- Developed tutorial section modules in Flash following closely to
customer specifications. For example, client requested British
dialect narration.
- Created and programmed look and feel of the main interface in
Adobe Flash 8.
- Mixed audio track in Audacity v3.5 with final editing of A/V
files in Camtasia Studio and compression with Macromedia Flash 8
Video Encoder.
- Uploaded to a secure/password protected area of the GMT website
and duplicated CD-ROMs for implementation to distribute to bank
branch managers on lower bandwidth connections.
- Sourced a FREE hosted viewing platform that allowed customer to
easily subscribe to the online training program, send the course to
a colleague and embed on company intranet websites or local branch
office intranet.
